Today's Blind Items - The Comic - Kindness

This very funny foreign person is most famous for being part of a permanent A+ comic collective.  He often stole scenes from some of the louder bigger personalities in the group.  Some years ago, he was in a film where he played a character with a specific handicap.  By chance, the funny person’s father suffered from the same handicap.  He started a center which bears his name that helps young people who suffer from the same handicap.  People who receive treatment who are citizens of the same country as the funny person have expenses covered by another charity he is involved in.  This has helped many people achieve success in life.
