Four For Friday - The Case They're Too Scared To Take

There’s unease brewing within the UK’s Crown Prosecution Service, as they deliberate over a high-profile case involving a divisive public figure. The individual (#1) in question sparked outrage after posting a highly inappropriate paparazzi upskirt image of the controversial former reality TV star (#2) turned fiery social commentator.

Though the case appears straightforward, insiders suggest that fears of inflaming right wing tensions, similar to those witnessed during the summer’s race riots have led to paralysis.

The added threat of intervention from a certain social media tycoon (#3), notorious for his disdain of governmental institutions and his readiness to defend controversial personalities, has only complicated matters. After all, this billionaire has already courted controversy by targeting a current government minister (#4), who now has to have special protection.

But this isn’t a case they can simply sweep under the rug. Those familiar with the victim know that she won’t take this lying down. Nor will she or the people around her be fobbed off with bureaucratic excuses. If the CPS thought they could avoid this storm, they might have underestimated her resolve, her team and her platform.
