The 3 letter agency has concluded its investigation into the billionaire’s purchase of the bird company.  The billionaire is refusing to settle, despite having blatantly violated a clear, numerical securities law on stock purchase disclosure.  The agency is likely to send the billionaire a kind of notice with the same name as a bank very shortly.
