There are a few Americans on the clock app who are seemingly random folks who have nothing in common but for the fact they live in the country of the owner of the company. They also get paid through an intermediary of the company to show everyone that the country is the best place in the world to live. People in the country are unable to upload to the clock app but these people are able because they have special servers they use.
