The A+/A list actor skated by once from the feds not all that long ago when he took a whole bunch of gifts and other things. This time, he must be worried about the producer/wannabe rapper thing to say he wants to get married because it just reminds everyone the woman he is dating is still technically married and was very married when they started hooking up.
