Blind Item #17

The film is great, that’s not untrue. Which is why something fishy is happening online when it comes to the colorful lights distributor behind the film starting their award season campaigning early. There are bots all over social media and comments on popular sites that keep saying the same wording with the same praise.  Social media influencers getting invited to screenings then saying the same praise verbatim after to their followers. If most people think the film is great, why do this astroturfing campaign? Who is behind it, and is someone else working with the colorful lights distributor to make the film a slam dunk at the biggest awards event?
