It is probable that this horrible person who can never step back into this country again without being arrested probably filmed more women flashing their breasts than any other person/company. However, that was the effort of a company and cash and a lot of drinks. 

This comic, along with his buddy spent an entire decade with a Polaroid camera taking dozens of photos every night of women flashing or even more. One year when he and his buddy were in a tour bus for most of the year, they decided to see if they could cover every available surface of the bus with photos of topless women. No woman would be allowed to be a repeater. They had it covered by April. There were well over 1,000 photos just by April. They took all those down and started over again and repeated that twice more before the end of the year. Was it their charm? Their good looks? Their A listerdom? Their never ending stash of pot?
