I have always assumed that some random billionaire's wife would have the world's largest private collection of women's shoes. Someone with a lot of time on their hands and just mass purchasing every designer heels and shoe that is released, plus plenty more. According to the wife of a billionaire who has done basically that for the last couple of decades, she doesn't come close to the real winner. It is not a billionaire's wife. It is someone who is in the fashion and design industry and knows plenty of people with that connection. It also helps that his wife is an A list actress who has been A list for a very long time and gets offered all kinds of products and shoes that are not available to the general public. Our actress hates wearing heels though and knows her husband loves to, so hands them over to him. The husband has them all catalogued and according again to the wife of the billionaire is always being offered huge bucks for certain one of a kind pairs or the entire collection. He won't sell though. He loves staring at them all and taking long walks through the house while wearing his favorite pairs.
