Blind Item #11 - Reader Blind

This permanent A++ historical figure who presided over a very large area and who is considered supremely evil was married a couple of times and had children but also had a number of children out of wedlock, some with very young girls.  In one case, a girl died in childbirth delivering his baby.  He assumed the baby also died but in fact the child, a daughter, survived.  Year later, as an adult, she was able to get a job somewhat close to him but did not reveal who she was.  The historical figure embarked on a sexual relationship with her.  Eventually, she told him he was her father but he did not end the sexual relationship when he found this out.
