I thought it would be done to make a little more revenue, but apparently the conglomerate that keeps shutting down projects is going to auction off a screening for charity, not of the shelved movie, but a spinoff of this pay cable hit that has a brand new spinoff. Apparently because there is buzz about the new spinoff, they will auction a screening of the never before seen spinoff. You and fifty of your friends can see it. The minimum bid is supposedly going to be in the $100K range.
