If the police ever want to reopen the investigation into the murder of this actor whose sex life became more famous than the TV show he was the star of they should look at a different suspect not the deceased one was who was tried and acquitted.  The suspect in question had no alibi for not only the time of the murder but the whole day (she was supposed to be in a different state) and also had financial motivations due to the end of their association.
