There was hugely publicized purchase as of late by the A- list reality star with a lucrative side gig. Not so fast. The listing agent is the wife of the developer. There were no other brokers involved. There has been no change of owner on the title and no, it is not because of reduced staffing levels. There is however a new private money loan of $7.5M attached to the property. The reality star wouldn't need that kind of loan to buy the house. The developer took the loan from the reality star to float the project that won't sell. No view and one palm tree. Meanwhile the reality star gets to take a lot of selfies there and gets a big pay day if the home sells. What about those usury laws? Has she looked into them? I sure hope so.

Four For Friday - The Dancing Boyfriend Speaks - A Dancing Boy Blind Item

He's trapped in New York (after pitching a tv pilot), and we've been talking on the phone every week. Early after we met last year, he told me once met a certain disgraced but still working director, but I figured it was at a table at a fan convention or something (for the specific genre this person directs). Turns out, when he was barely legal, and had a profile on one of those internet talent sites (known to be frequented by the director and people he works with), he got an email offering him an all expenses paid trip to LA to audition for one of his movies. He had one condition though: The director was not to google him before going. You can guess what happened when he got to the director's house (I believe there was literally a couch involved). The director confessed his continuing interest in young boys, even after the conviction, and contrary to his public statements calling his past acts a terrible crime, expressed self-pity for the consequences of his actions (the conviction, I mean, and jail time), and his belief that those actions should be legal.

How's that for your gross of the day?

PS My latest likely acquisition, actor-wise, is a former child actor and sometime teen idol known maybe most for playing the son of a certain presidential actor (whose own son is a disgraced actor). If you had to think of a movie from any decade - but in this case from that most notorious decade - that presaged what will appear in the dancing boy saga it would probably be this one. It involves a religion of foreign but not middle eastern or Asian origin, and a certain practice.

PPS If you can't figure out the ps, the movie in question was directed by one of the few out gay directors at the time. He also directed one of the most iconic early New Hollywood flicks (on the theme of not so much yachting as boating).

I am calling it one night, but there are many other nights that similar things occurred. As of late, I have been sharing the stories from this former A lister about things that happened to her in the industry because no one had her best interest at heart. Everyone was looking out for themselves. An example was one night, when our former A lister was barely a teenager, she was picked up and taken to a very very popular nightspot. It was not her first time, but it was only her second or third. It would certainly not be her last. That night she latched on to someone who was older, but still underage. That someone was an actress who was probably B list at the time although the name recognition would have been higher. Our former A lister trusted the actress. That was probably not the best idea. Probably also not a good idea were the drinks and the lines of coke. The actress would party a lot and would usually end up having sex in the club with whatever stranger had the best coke or seemed the most promising. That night though, she helped a guy assault the former A lister, by holding her down in a chair while the man did what he wanted. This was pretty much right out in the open. Our former A lister was in bad shape and almost passed out, but still knew what was happening. She also remembered the actress afterwards saying that the first time is always a shock, but that she would do better next time.

I'm not sure the alliterate former actress could have picked a better scenario in her mind. What she may have forgotten from her time her previously as an actress/"model"/reality star is that Hollywood is a small town. Apparently she was ticked off an A+ list mostly movie actress landed a role that our former actress thought should have gone to her.

Recently this indie film producer  got busted for sexually assaulting a child. Those associated with him naturally denounced his actions, but they aren't telling the truth. They knew exactly what he was doing.

The company that hired him has known his behavior for years. As far back as one of their first movies, a remake of a back in the day classic in the direct to video world.  He used to sexually harass women on film set after film set, and the owner of the company turned a blind eye.

So, for several years this producer got to harass women and sexually assault children while his bosses turned a blind eye. Now they are pretending to be aghast at his actions. In fact, he only got cut off because he assaulted a friend of the head of the company.

We should also talk about the B+ list director who recently worked with the permanent A+ legend  and loves to work with the Oscar winning/nominated A- list actor from an acting family who has his own history of harassing women. The director has never approved of the producer's actions, but always turned a blind eye because he was spineless.

I’ve written before about this so-called artists’ compound in the San Fernando Valley, and the lunatic who runs it. Things have gotten worse since COVID. So much worse.

The anarchist mother (#1) of this B+ list actress (#2) has been so desperate to fill her flea-infested compound with tenants that she’s taking in anyone she can find without any background checks. For the last several months it has been filled almost entirely with drug addicts and occultists, all of whom have ganged up on an up-and-coming actress (#3) who took up residence in the compound after suffering a severe head trauma. The worst offender by far in this regard has been this D-list actress (#4) and her mother, both of whom are actively involved in witchcraft. They are constantly trying to make the actress commit suicide. After no less than three rape attempts and constant gaslighting, #3 has had enough.

Proving the sexual assaults is a hard sell, so #3 and a friend have quietly documented dozens of health and safety violations, including flea, tick, roach, and bed bug infestations, black mold, unsafe electrical wiring, and cat feces throughout the house. One phone call and the place will be shut down for good.

There were three other authors who contributed including the author known for one of the most famous gossip books of all time. Much like his famous gossip book, the book used for the limited series also is littered with made up stories.

Until his death, this permanent A+ list actor was always at the top. When he died, a number of celebrities tried to push their way to the top. This alternating all time box office champ won out over this former A+ list rapper and this A/A- list mostly movie actress who is really sly. Being at the top of this list and proving your worth is how you move to the rung of the next list higher which is the ultimate list. The perceived people who lead rather than being followers. If you ask people on that list about the animation, they always have the same couple of stick answers, but if you dig deeper, they like the forced sex aspect of it and the fact drawn characters can be any age. Let that sink in a bit.
