Reporters won't stop asking, but the foreign born A+ list singer doesn't want to reveal the magic behind the transformation to the public. I don't think the public will care. They care about things like the singer/actress who dropped a ton of weight and then pretended it was a weight loss program to cash in, rather than surgery.
