The alliterate actress who is an Oscar winner/nominee and probably A/A- list wants to reprise one of her most famous roles. The sticking point will be the same thing that has plagued the situation since day one of the negotiations from the first film so many years ago. She wants money, and a lot of it should the holding company start licensing the image or putting a look-a-like in their many parks. It is the reason you never see the character, despite its popularity.

The Mouse plays hardball and isn't used to someone playing it back.
ReplyDeleteI loved James Marsden's costume in that film!
ReplyDeleteIt suits him.
Don't be greedy and have a guaranteed hit.
ReplyDeleteGiselle is also a drawing that looks a bit like Amy Adams but not enough to pay her, so use the drawing for the characters in parks.
ReplyDelete@India I love James Marsden, costume or not, period lol
ReplyDeleteIs it the Eyes?
DeleteOr the smile?
Or those maroon tights?!!
Oh God.... Lockdown is going to my head!
Costume or not?!!!
DeleteNaughty !
Disney Corp is asshole here. They are able to pay RDJ 100 millions per movie after all
ReplyDeleteMust be Zimbabwe Dollars!
Delete...It's too late now and its sad. She's got way too many lines on her face to play a teenage/20ish princess.
ReplyDeleteThey might as well reboot it. But get a good casting director so we don't end up with another Charlie's Angels
Too old now
ReplyDeleteGood for her. Let them recast the part and make some younger actress be the sucker. Amy Adams has built a solid career for herself and doesn't "need" the money; she just doesn't want to be taken advantage of.
ReplyDeleteI'm sire she was underpaid compared to male Disney stars, so good on her.
ReplyDeletePAY AMY ADAMS NOW. She is a treasure.
ReplyDeleteYeah, pay Amy Adams. Give her what she wants. She's worth every penny.
ReplyDeleteShe needs to log some nude work while people still care.
ReplyDeleteHave you seen her lately? That ship has sailed.
