Wearing masks or bandanas isn't to prevent you from getting the virus, it's to prevent you from spreading it via the water vapour, spittle, etc you breath out or create talking. Qualified medical professionals (not fucking Trump, Oz, Phil, Drew, Hannity, etc) have been extremely clear about this. Read something that isn't a picture book FFS before calling what others are doing stupid.
@ aqua girl are you being serious? Where I live people are sewing them left and right and you can buy one for like $8 or $10. You can also see how to convert a shirt or other things to makeshift masks online and on youtube? They are required in stores or to be served where I live in LA and no problem with people using whatever they can.
