Vegan is no good. Most athletes who go vegan wind up adding meat back into their diets after diminished performance or difficulties healing. Cam Newton hasnt, and since he declared himself vegan 2 yrs ago, chronic injuries have him unemployed. The only meat he wants in his digestive tract has to enter through the rectum.
