Blind Item #6
While everything has been quiet, this alliterate actress has been trying to work out a plea deal in her case. She really doesn't want jail time and is using the threat of COVID-19 to ask for more probation or home confinement rather than jail. It is pretty good timing on the part of her attorney and she might get what she is asking.
Loughlin
ReplyDeleteLori Loughlin
ReplyDeleteI hate to be negative, but I was really hoping she'd see jail.
ReplyDeleteLoughlin
ReplyDeleteSighhhhhh!
ReplyDeleteThe sentence would have been over by now....
Felicity did it...
ReplyDeleteThat's why I love Lynette Scavo....
DeleteFuck her. She forced other college students to be near her trash daughters' crotchrot.
ReplyDeleteA tiger from Bronx zoo tested positive for covid-19
ReplyDelete@Freed Weave - the tiger caught it from Carole Baskin. :D
ReplyDeleteI'm far more concerned about the murder suspects that are shooting for release because of "Covid-19."
ReplyDeleteAs much as what she did was wrong and should be punished, prison time for non-violent offenses and drug possession is really out of control and costly to the general public
ReplyDeleteIt would be more just and helpful if she has to a pay fine or set up some kind of scholarship fund and do community service
This reallt is good timing and strategy...probably only time and way prosecutors will back down.
ReplyDeleteaunt becky skates again...
ReplyDeleteSpoiler alert: EVERYBODY who faces now some light sentencing is trying to negotiate a plea deal because of the virus. Provided that Lori Loughlin's attorney is not a clueless idiot, they would definitely play that card in negotiations.
ReplyDeleteYes, jail/prison is how perv Weinstein contacted COVID-19, and Lori knows it.
ReplyDeleteIf the public doesn't see her as paying a price, she will never work again. Nobody will want to see her in anything if they believe she got away with it
ReplyDelete@Angela: It’s not a ‘spoiler alert.’ Tekashi is out of jail & R Kelley, Weinstein, and others are trying to get out. So of course other people are trying to negotiate a plea deal.
ReplyDelete+1@Don’t Mind Me
ReplyDeleteI do not blame anyone for trying not to get locked in a cage with poor to no medical care during the current health crisis (or ever).
ReplyDeleteFrom what I have seen the prosecution hurt their case against her with essentially falsified evidence and withholding evidence.
@Aquagirl
ReplyDeleteI was being sarcastic. It's obvious that they'll try this, and you don't need to be much of an insider to understand it. This story is anything but blind item material. Actually, if the attorney hasn't considered using the pandemic as an argument, they should definitely be fired. Using this in negotiations is simply their job.
smart, sounds like home detent' for the rescue.
ReplyDeleteLori needs to go to jail if she ever wants a chance at a career again, because if she gets away with it NO ONE will hire her.
