As an adult Frosted Mini Wheats - until I stopped drinking milk. (Fresh milk ruined me it was so wonderful and no digestive problems. Now I have no source so no mo... When I was a child it was Captain Crunch with Crunchberries. HELL YEAH So crunchy you had to time chewing with the dialogue in cartoons. mmmm

Cap'n Crunch w/crunch berries, or Raisin Bran Crunch, when I want to lie to myself that I'm eating something healthy. It has "Bran" in the name, gotta be better than the Cap'n, right???
@Splatford, oooohhhhh!!!! Quisp is my all time favorite, it's just not as easy to get these days, so I have to settle for Cap'n Crunch, it's the closest thing I've found to Quisp.

That is why the "freshman 15" happens.
My mom never allowed cereals so only home cooked breakfast for me... although I had Kellogg's cornflakes once at a friend's house. Did quite like it!
