That is why the "freshman 15" happens.
My mom never allowed cereals so only home cooked breakfast for me... although I had Kellogg's cornflakes once at a friend's house. Did quite like it!

I was a latchkey kid. Often had Honey Nut Bunches of Oats over vanilla ice cream for breakfast.

ReplyDeleteCap'n Crunch w/crunch berries, or Raisin Bran Crunch, when I want to lie to myself that I'm eating something healthy. It has "Bran" in the name, gotta be better than the Cap'n, right???
ReplyDelete@Splatford, oooohhhhh!!!! Quisp is my all time favorite, it's just not as easy to get these days, so I have to settle for Cap'n Crunch, it's the closest thing I've found to Quisp.
