Four For Friday - The Scarf
I'm calling it a scarf because sometimes it is a scarf. Other times it is an Ascot. Either way, when this A- list mostly movie actor who is an Oscar winner/nominee and has been in multiple franchises wears one on a date with a woman who ends up in bed with him, it is generally bad news. The actor, has a choking fetish. Usually without asking permission, the actor will take the scarf or Ascot and choke the woman during sex. Often, they will pass out. Many times he will do it even if they are not having sex. He will come up behind them and start choking. None of this happens though until after the women sign a NDA. Buried deep within the 5!!! pages are a couple of lines about how they are consenting to all sexual and non sexual acts that may include pain or discomfort. It then lists about twenty activities. Nobody is reading them, although they do later when their attorney points it out to them or the actor himself. Apparently the buzz is the actor keeps each scarf/Ascot after these encounters/assaults with a photo of the person so he can remember.

ReplyDeleteLadies, a free piece of advice: if someone wants you to sign a 5 page NDA before sex or a date some alarm bells should go off and you should at least read the damn thing. Now that I think about it, that advice is for more than just the ladies.

ReplyDeleteSo are these NDAs witnessed and notarized or something? I don't see how having an NDA signed by a probable drunk/drugged person can be enforced. I can't drive or testify in court drunk but someone can get me to scrawl on a piece of paper and my life is forfeit?
