This A- list actress only seems to mind paps shooting her kids when she hasn't made arrangements in advance for payment or the type of photo she wants taken. She doesn't like anyone getting free shots.

    We saw Hilary and Mathew in Costa Rica a few years ago. They were staying at our resort. My DD was a Lizzie Macguire fan and asked her for a photo. Hilary hesitated, but then agreed and said "please don't post this on social media" (my DD didn't). But it made her day!
