@Tricia - I checked it out after reading the blind. I just can't imagine. Although, I do have to say that I'd pay Tom Selleck a couple hundred to say happy 80th bday to my mother. But otherwise, just a weird concept to me.
Have you ever seen Harry Connick in concert? He puts on an amazing show. It's hard to describe because it's also low key, but it's one of the best concerts I've ever seen.
I saw him at Jazz fest( NoLa), his hometown 2x.He usually closes it out with the Nevilles or he did those years. Amaing. Great TV/film charisma, as well..
the Nevilles are EPIC. Find them next time you can. John Goodman was there(another local)offstage with us, and they let me play bongos on the closing song. One of my favorite memories
