Even if she has a video of herself being sworn, and signing an affidavit of the veracity of her evidence, it is pretty easy to sweep it all away.
Lawyers will claim that her “evidence” is fake, and was created by her in order to blackmail the wealthy. Her affidavits would be said to be created to simply be extra threatening to her victims.
Live or dead, she doesn’t have a weapon here.

To be pedantic, an 18/19 year old is technically of age and still a teenager. I don't endorse older men OR women having sex with very young women (or men) but it'd be legal. Gross but legal.
