State money is usually unclaimed assets that the state has in its possession waiting to be claimed or given away if not. I doubt that's what this means if the Entern spelled that last sentence correctly.

ReplyDeleteWhat does it mean, State Money? I tend to think of State Money as some sort of Assistance. That said, I've been out of the US for 20 years now, so perhaps this term is used in a different way than I think.
