filmfab.I have to agree with you.It isn't flattering to lose a lot of weight in an unhealthy manner or on certain frames. She looked better a little fuller I think. There is some other celeb I was thinking did also..oh Simon Cowell. He looks unwell somehow
When they do that gastric bypass they loose weight way too quickly She is only 31 her skin should have bounced back no problem Because she lost is so quickly she looks 20 years older. Awful
Adele of course. People keep saying how good she looks, just because she's thin. And the alcohol is going to hit her hard if,like most believe she had the surgery.
Tell that to the arrogant asshole misogynists here who routinely call normal, even slim women "Fat." It's one of the oldest and most tired tricks in the sexist pig handbook.
Adele is Enty's favorite wino. And yeah, she only lost that much weight through surgery or not eating. Adderall could have done it plus goes great with wine.
Diet and exercise yeah right, everyone knows that's bullsh!t, you don't lose that much mass in that amount of time without something else going on. I feel bad for normal people without means who think that fad sh!t actually works and then feel bad about themselves. These celebs are all cheaters folks, f*cking cheaters, you be happy with you.
My friend also had this surgery, she had gotten up over 300 lbs and had originally been like me, aka "normal" - a US size 4/6.
She lost over 150 lbs and returned to wearing size 27 jeans, she looked like herself again (though her belly skin was big) but since most of her life she had been normal weight, her face looked normal after the weight loss (weight was gained after age 30).
Since then, it's been real hard to keep the weight off - I think those 150 lost pounds beg to be fed - my friend has regained at least 50 lbs.
Adele will rebalance somewhere in the middle. It's exciting to overdo it at first but she will balance out.
Adele's face was stunning. I agree that she is young enough that her face shouldn't look gaunt and aged from weight loss...unless it's been too rapid or involves malnourishment. To me, while her features are still beautiful, she doesn't look healthy. Hopefully, this is just an adjustment period, she'll get more nutrients, and she'll get a glow back to go with the newer figure.
My BFF from high school was always overweight. She recently had lap band surgery (lost 100 lbs.) & now her face looks horrible. She looks much older than she is. Her face is sagging & she’s got tons of wrinkles. Her face will me never ‘bounce back’ without surgery or injections.
1,000 calorie diets cannot be maintained, even a net caloric intake of 1,000 calories. Minimum should be 1,500 net and no respectable doctor would recommend such a low calorie intake for long term success.

A lot of things don't bounce back after weight fluctuations. It's so sad to see people who actually lost weight the right way but still have to go under the knife because of skin folds and other things. If you're going to a surgeon anyway, why not get the works?
Adele was never morbidly obese, so she should be okay.
It's the morbidly obese who lose weight unevenly. They end up with gigantic thighs, or cankles, while the rest of the body loses weight. It's really weird. Size 6 body, size 16 thighs.
I can't believe the ressentiment. She looks wonderful. Different, sure, her face is not a balloon anymore. Plus she will live longer now and her heart won't be at risk for mantaining the face you think is better looking.
What most people don't know is that when someone is addicted to food, and then has a gastric bypass, it doesn't stop the addiction. It just changes it. So, someone may have been overweight enough to get the bypass, but then they switch to alcohol, gambling, sexual addiction, etc.
Adele is beloved and fancied by plenty of men. Shes never looked better either so I don't get this sudden urge to change so drastically. I always thought she had her had screwed on right but something has really got her paranoid.
after sleeve or bypass surgery you are not supposed to be drinking alcohol at all. I can't even imagine how vitamin deficient she is that surgery causes malabsorbtion.
I had RNY gastric bypass 14 years ago and lost 220 pounds in 13 months. I looked like death. I was too thin as well. There is a "look" that gastric patients have for about a year after they have lost all their weight. You must commit to eating about 90% protein in order to not use muscles as fuel. If she is living on green juice and alcohol it will eventually kill her. Another fact, the type of surgery I had... it is a waste of calories to drink alcohol, I go from stone cold sober to drunk and back to sober in about 15 minutes. My body now metabolizes alcohol that quickly.
Usually after you hit the lowest you will regain 10-20 pounds as your body levels out. I did that and have kept all the rest off. As to the skin, age has only a small part in it. It is mostly.... genetics, how long you were heavy and how quickly you gained it. Gaining quickly gives you stretch marks and those don't go away. The only way to have your skin tight again is to have it removed. I did that too... 12.5 pounds off my stomach alone. I hope she wises up and uses her calories in a healthy way.

ReplyDeleteShe looks horrendous. I posted the article in the group earlier. She looks so much older
ReplyDeleteWell, considering she will live longer now... I think looking your age is not that bad

ReplyDeleteAdele. She looks horrible. Some people are not meant to be a size 4.

DeleteShe needs to rethink her make-up, the heavy countours may have helped when she was heavier, but now they make her look too thin and crypt-keeper like
ReplyDeleteWhen she is make-up free, she looks a lot better.
@tricia13 There are so many celebs who are looking really bad right now. gaunt and a lot older. a look i see a lot in drug addicts
ReplyDeleteADELE
ReplyDeleteIsn't Adele a smoker as well? Not good for the skin as well.
ReplyDeleteOh my, i just saw her oscar pics, she was looking good a few months ago, but seems to have overdone it.
ReplyDeleteIt says she is on a 1,000 calorie a day green juice diet
adele! new pics up at the daily mail today.
ReplyDeleteIsn't the rumour she's dating UK grime artist Stormzy? who comes from here neighbourhood. Maybe she did all this for her new man.
ReplyDeleteAdele....and personally I don't think she looks good now! I liked her when she was voluptuous!
ReplyDeleteAdele is Enty's favorite wino. And yeah, she only lost that much weight through surgery or not eating. Adderall could have done it plus goes great with wine.
ReplyDeleteShe's focused on her health. Good for her. Who cares what trolls on the interweb think of her weight loss?

she looks like an AIDS patient.
ReplyDeleteAlthough this is brilliant logic, she looks bad. What a sellout
ReplyDeletesaw her picture today. why is she being called 'skinny' she is anything but. she still has another 50 lbs to go imo.

Who amongst us hasn't been on the wine diet at one time or another? I stayed super slim during my 20's and 30's with liberal use of this regimen
ReplyDeleteWhat a stupid woman. Now she might not die from obesity, but cirrhosis of the liver from drinking and cancer from smoking cancer sticks.

ReplyDeleteGood for her! She's still young and wealthy so whatever doesn't bounce back into place naturally can be surgically corrected.
ReplyDeletewhy did i hear that she lost weight slowly and the right way then? jeez make up your mind!
ReplyDeleteIt amazes me that people think of gastric bypass as a cure all, when it just opens up a whole new can of worms.
ReplyDeleteAdele was never morbidly obese, so she should be okay.
