This still in his 20's foreign born A+ list singer in Spanish had a crossover English hit not named Despacito. He is being accused of raping a teen over the course of two days that he kept her on his tour bus tied up so she couldn't escape.

    IDK who is A+ in spanish music but Maluma, Ozuna, and Bad Bunny are the only 3 I can think of that would be in their 20s.

    My guess is Ozuna but he's from Puerto Rico so not foreign born. Taki Taki for the crossover hit.
