The legal bill for the alliterate actress is nearing $1M with another $1M-$2M to spend and all she is doing is repeating the same tired arguments which have no chance of succeeding.
Rick Singer pled guilty and is co-operating with authorities. He is probably going to get a few years of house arrest instead of most of the rest of his life in jail.
She probably thinks she can make the money back easily with a book deal, do a few appearances, and jump back into acting. All of this would be just a detour in her life and nothing more.
