Local or area animal shelters and rescue organizations. Most have FB pages so you can see the great work they do and how your money will be spent. Even a $10 donation goes a long way. And since Trump bounced the charitable deductions for a lot of people, these organizations need your help. Look around where you live and find a couple--you won't be sorry!!

Alana- biotin, boron, and natto, which are Japanese fermented soybeans. They are very smelly and likely an acquired taste for most but they seem to work. Also try bone broth, make sure you get your vitamins and rest, and try to stop stressing. That being said, a lot of it is genetics and you can’t outrun that. I also swear by mugicha (barley tea) for basically anything. It’s full of silica which is good for hair and skin. Don’t add sugar though. It also helps to cut your hair almost off and leave it alone. No bleach, dye, etc. Then it really grows back thicker.
Regarding your plugs, see the sites I posted. All of those topics and more. Bibliotecapleyades.net and stolenhistory.org. Never take anything for granted. Wait til you get to the “final boss of the internet”. It will all make sense then.

@Astra Worthington Thank you so much for all the information. Have you listened to the George News DS videos?

@Brayson87 Yes, she did get tested a few years back which is when she tried massage and accupuncture. She does have a pacemaker but the pacemaker doctor said the pacemaker couldn't trigger anything.
@Alana I have MS and I could not take my injectable medication any more after my kidney transplant I have horrific back spams worse than child birth. My doctor gave me 300 mg of Gabapentin and cyclobezaprine 10mg. It helps but you feel like you smoked four bongs of hash. I only take them when it is so bad I cant move. Im suppose to take it three times a day but i usually take them once. There are no words to describe that pain.
Alana, I hope it helps! Good thoughts and prayers to your mom. I haven’t listened to that, but I’ll go check it out. You won’t find a place that’s more thorough and comprehensive than biblioteca pleyades. It has it ALL. Name something, it’s covered there. I only buy US grown food although I do buy some rice from Asia, as US rice can be high in arsenic (but you also should rinse rice thoroughly which many Americans don’t seem to be aware of). If it’s foreign I go without. Only exception is bananas but I’m working on growing them myself 🤞🏻
Binkz- so sorry to hear about your MS. It is an evil disease and I lost a family member (who was also my best friend in the world) to it. He used to smoke one small bowl of weed and it helped his leg spasms. It sounds like you may not be able to do that or it doesn’t work? He was able to get all of the opiates he wanted and needed back then, thank god. This “opiate crisis” only hurts those that truly need the pain relief and it makes me furious. I wish you health and healing and happiness.

(a) if you think smoking is bad for your health, you are probably right. But there is something to be said for lighting up a CBD joint or a good cigar, taking a few puffs, and then trying to keep it burning while you smell it - without smoking it, depending on your health issues sometimes the good cigar will do the most for you, sometimes the CBD joint. Cigarettes probably are not going to do that, pipe tobacco might do that.
You know where I learned this is true? In Robinson Crusoe, an 18th century novel by a deplorable guy named Daniel DeFoe, where the hero of the novel feels like he is coming down with some tropical disease and so he lights up pipe after pipe of tobacco in his makeshift tent on some God-forsaken tropical island and does not smoke any of the pipes but just sort of lives within the smoke for a few hours, it makes him fell better.
(b) if you have never sat down for 15 minutes with the Bible, but think that maybe if you did you might be a little happier at the end of the 15 minutes than you were at the beginning ....
*b)(i) if you have lived a lot and experienced a lot, start with Proverbs 8, which is the best chapter for explaining to yourself what you have learned. *b(ii) if you have had several experiences of close long-term emotional contact with other people, but feel your life still lacks something, read the first few chapters of the Gospel of John, and focus on the characters - the Samaritan woman at the well, John the failed preacher who first recognized God on this earth, or maybe just the writer of the book, who thinks nothing is more important than our need to care about each other. *b(iii) if you have had a hard life, read the Psalms straight though and then pick out a couple Psalms to reread and reread and reread.
*b)(iv) if you have been told again and again you are brilliant and amazing, and if you realize that, well, whether you are or not, life is hard ....
just open the Bible at random.
And after fifteen minutes thank God that you are the sort of person who can open the Bible at random and find such wise words on better ways to live your life.
Remember, it is a gift to be able do do that.
*b)(v) if you have dyslexia, or have problems reading, well find an am radio, wait until late at night when the am stations cover so many time zones and so many states, with the obvious audience being long-haul truckers, insomniacs, and you, and turn the dial until you find a good preacher who seems to you to be honest and humble and full of the ability to speak to you about the good Lord.
@Alana: the best and simplest thing that you can do for your hair is to wash it as infrequently as possible. Most people don’t know this, but you can ‘train’ your hair to not be washed. Start out with doing it one less day per week, then two, (Idk how often you currently wash it, but your goal should be not to wash it more than once or twice per week.) Your hair will adapt, and, if you need to, you can use dry shampoo during that process.
Re: Your mom, idk where she lives or which type of acupuncture she received (or if there are options.) I’ve had acupuncture several times and it works for me, but I have only ever gone to practitioners who were trained in China.
I was just reading about the $10,000 painting of Brittney Spears, I cannot believe it, but I paint occasionally and lo & behold my paintings are really similar in style to hers! Does that mean I need help? I just don't have the guts to show them off to anyone but now maybe I will.. ok, it's late and I am just rambling now. Consider donating any amount to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Cheers!
@RomanHoliday: It would be great if you could show your paintings to someone with knowledge of the art world. Are there any art schools near you? You could even sign up for a class and get one-on-one feedback from the teacher. I paint as a hobby as well and did sell some of my paintings. I met someone who had a gallery and also did framing. I brought in some pieces to be framed, and he was impressed and asked if I had more. He sold several paintings for me. But I realized that most of my paintings are very personal (from an emotional standpoint), so I’d rather give them to family/friends than sell them. I also barter sometimes. There’s a woman who occasionally does work for me and she doesn’t like to accept $ so she’ll ask for a painting instead. And it’s usually a win-win because she’ll choose a painting that I’m already ready to ‘let go’. Good luck to you and keep us posted!
Thankyou Aquagirl! Your feedback is very much appreciated! It really is a hobby and just like you they are for fun and personal. Someone did ask me for a painting for their new apartment so, i guess thats my first commission :) An art class is a great idea! Maybe I'll give it a try.
