The former A+ list mostly movie actor intentionally missed a legal deadline knowing he could get a lengthy extension in a trail date. The lawsuit between the actor and his ex will be settled long before there is a trial. They both are lining up huge projects that would have them filming during anticipated trial dates.

    I honestly can't see Depp settling without a public apology and confession from her I believe she lied through her teeth). I think he wants her scummy side to come out. She ruined his career and reputation on purpose; what does he REALLY have to lose at this point.

    What were they thinking when they put corpse looking Depp in a high end cologne ad?

    Even with a ton of makeup, he looks like he died six months ago. I'm sure Depp smells like all the other junkies on skid row. Nothing remotely cool about him, just horrifying and alarming. If he can't take rehab like Jacko couldn't, it's just a matter of time for him.
