As I told you before, the NDA signed by the former A list reality star turned celebrity turned B list reality star is not an all encompassing keep your mouth quiet NDA except about the reality star's ex. There has been no mention of the ex. So, all this talk about fines and whatnot is just buzz to write a story.
Lamar Odom
ReplyDeleteNah no mention of athlete....
DeleteCaitlyn Jenner and the Kardashians?
ReplyDeleteSounds more accurate
DeleteHough/Seacrest?
ReplyDeleteOh the stories caitlyn could tell!
ReplyDeletehttps://radaronline.com/exclusives/2019/12/caitlyn-jenner-faces-huge-fine-for-blabbing-about-kardashians/
ReplyDeleteYeah, all he did was speak about how he a Khloe haven't talked in years, nothing about PMK.
ReplyDeleteThank you Enty! PMK has always treated Bruce/Caitlyn like DIRT.
ReplyDeleteI believe Bruce made a massive mistake by transitioning right away after he and PMK split. I believe he should have seen a psychiatrist for years after the terrible way PMK treated him. I believe his self esteem had been crushed years before by her.
She married "Bruce Jenner". He had as certain image and cache. Then he started cross dressing and he feminized his features, with plastic surgery. I'm guessing most women would have a serious problem with it.
DeleteEveryone knew even back in the day..she chose to live the lie with him she will overcome this I'm sure.
DeleteOk, everyone, rise and shine! I have some news.
ReplyDeleteI looked up the SEC filing on the Coty and Kylie cosmetics deal.
It is EXACTLY as it was stated in the news, except one point.
Kylie gets the $600 million from Coty in CASH!
From the filing: November 18, 2019
8-K 1d837125d8k.htm 8-k
Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 18, 2019, Coty Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Coty”), entered into a Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with King Kylie, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“King Kylie”) and the other parties listed as signatories to the Purchase Agreement (the “Seller Group Parties”).
In accordance with the terms of the Purchase Agreement, and subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the closing conditions set forth therein, Coty will acquire 51% of the equity interests in King Kylie from the applicable Seller Group Parties for a base purchase price of $600,000,000 IN CASH, subject to certain customary adjustments.
The Purchase Agreement contemplates that Coty and the applicable Seller Group Parties will, upon closing, enter into certain ancillary agreements, including the First Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of King Kylie (the “A&R LLC Agreement”) and the Evergreen Collaboration Agreement described below.
Hope they lose their asses in this deal.
ReplyDelete600 Million in cash!! Now just imagine...
ReplyDeleteSo, basically, Kylie got Coty to believe the billion dollar house of cards and cashed out for guaranteed $600 million cash. Damn. I guess her people are brilliant.
ReplyDeleteDoesnt say Kylie got 600mill, the llc did. Who else is partners in it, and what % is hers? She didnt actually put up her own money to start the line, did she?
ReplyDelete@Count: According to Forbes, Kylie owns 100 percent of Kylie Cosmetics.
ReplyDeleteKylie Cosmetics isnt named. King Kylie and "other parties"
Deletecat - I've been there and there is nothing like the feeling of betrayal when someone does this to you. In my case, it was just cross dressing, but after 16 years of marriage, I was absolutely floored. I don't care who you are, nobody deserves to have that kind of stunt pulled on them.
ReplyDeleteI stayed for a year and we went to counseling - in the end, it didn't help. He couldn't understand why I wouldn't go along with it and let him dress like a woman in our home and there was no way in hell I was going to deal with that. I got divorced and have been happier ever since.
Tiger Chark was the go between in this deal:
ReplyDeletehttps://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-11-19/jenner-coty-deal-led-by-little-known-advisory-firm-tiger-chark
@count: I don't know who is on the King Kylie board, etc. Coty made the filing as they are the party making the acquisition. King Kylie LLC has no filings on this.
ReplyDelete@Count: Yes, King Kylie LLC is Kylie Cosmetics: https://www.bloomberg.com/profile/company/1702015D:US
ReplyDelete@TerriB .... I am sorry you had to go through that! The only time I have EVER felt bad for Kris was when Bruce transitioned immediately after the divorce. You married a man...and you are straight. You are attached to men so somehow it your fault and you are "closed minded' when your husband suddenly starts to up and dress like a woman. Well, at least you can say you tried with counseling. And, after 16 years. Damn. Best wishes.
ReplyDeleteAnd, agreed @cat....most women would run because it makes the woman in the relationship (or man if roles reversed) feel that it was something they did wrong. When it is not. Probably best that everyone just goes there own way in these situations. But to invest so much time in a relationship only to be told your husband secretly feels like a woman. Yeez.
People in general have very fucked up issues around sex...and then they post vile scatology on a regular basis.
DeleteBruce Jenner informed PMK when they were dating he wanted to be a woman and was already taking hormones. You can see he had smallish breasts in photos their pool. She knew, and married him anyway.
ReplyDeleteStudio54-- I was just ready to type the same thing about Kris knowing.
ReplyDeleteTigerChark? Is that PMK's business moniker? What if it's Tyga's name, and he's been the moneymaking wind beneath her wings this while time!😉
How f*cking bored is America that they're fascinated with this family?
ReplyDeleteI would disagree. I think there are people who are very comfortable with their sexuality and their are others who get bored/ midlife crises ...and the ones they lied to and made a life with for DECADES....aka the one they are "over"...pay the price. Not the selfish partner who gets to look out for something new...gay or straight. It can be devastating.
ReplyDeleteI am all for people being open about their sexuality....so EVERYONE involved knows the rules of the game. Surprises...when marriage is involved decades in. Well.... they deserve the shame since they also gave the shame to an innocent party. Echo chambers will never change reality....just one's guilt justification.
@Vita TigerChark is an actual company that was an "adviser and brand consultant" to Coty in the acquisition. They are named in the Coty press release on the acquisition.
ReplyDeleteI hope for Kylie and her child's sake, she kicks these idiot rappers to the curb and finds a decent guy, unlike everyone else in her family, including PMK's fake boyfriend Cory. She doesn't want to be the Jed Clampett of Calabasas with her trashy relatives and their bi polar mates that start their own religion. There are millions of decent guys out there, but she needs TigerChark or someone to show her how to get one.
ReplyDeleteI've posted this before, when your name is on the company, it matters greatly about your conduct. Example A is Martha Stewart. Her company with her name on it was valued at over a billion dollars in the early 2000's when she became involved in the insider trader scandal. Her stock took a beating, it lost hundreds of millions of dollars. She was ultimately convicted of lying to the FBI and served five months in federal prison. Several years after she got out of prison, she sold her company for about 350 million, about a third of what it was worth before the insider trading scandal.
ReplyDeleteKylie should stay a million miles away from these trashy rappers, especially Drake and the one she had the kid with, who has a long term mistress. She needs to get out of that scene entirely.
Studio54-- thanks for all of the facts! Phooey that some of those facts are less fun!😊 I hope she gains some wisdom along with all of the funds.
ReplyDeleteYeah, ol' Bruce. Who really cares though?
