Blind Item #4

Prior to her arriving home for the holidays, this permanent A list dual threat actress who is an Emmy and Oscar nominee/winner had no idea her A list celebrity husband had been hooking up with a woman during the week he was there alone. The crazy thing is that it was the former nanny for the sister of the actress.
