There are two brothers who are rappers. They are both in their 20's. Their thing is to find the youngest teens they can find to assault. They really like 15-16 year old girls and have even found celebrities that age like the singer/rapper/influencer who goes by multiple names and the Disney actress who has been passed around by rappers for years even though she is still not yet legal. Nobody says anything to the brothers. They never face any consequences, so they keep doing it.
