I told you several weeks ago that all the buzz for that latest reincarnation of the book turned movie was all self generated buzz. Two big award nomination days and one lonely acting nomination out there and that is only because she makes a point to hit up every event they have during the year, is a very good actress, and they think she was born overseas.

ReplyDelete@Tierney - ordinarily, I'd say we don't need another 6 hours - but given that he faced little criminal repercussion (and was still signed to RCA and touring) up to the time it aired, and then finally his victims got some justice in the wake of the initial broadcast, I'm okay with this.

ReplyDeleteGreta Gerwig (Little Women) & Noah Baumbach (her current ‘partner’) are horrible people. It takes a special type of sociopathy to fuck around on the film set of the film your pregnant wife (JJL) wrote, and then runoff with each other WHILE your pregnant wife is in labor. I mean, how psychotic is that? Baumbach has always been a self involved tool but for Greta, wow, spectacularly cruel. I wish them nothing but the worst lmaooo lets hope this bullshit remake gets zero oscar nods
ReplyDeleteI don't get it. Yesterday, according to this site, Netflix basically bought their Golden Globes nominations for The Irishman from the corrupt HFPA.
