October 26, 2019

It is not a good look for this A+ list mostly movie actor to blame everyone else for going cheap on making products, when he was involved in every step.

Brad Pitt

  3. Brad Pitt is a Freemason. You do not get to act and produce movies in Hollywood without putting a beat down on the working class poor. He wasn't being cheap. It was intentional. I'm sure he's provided some oversight on improvements on his mansions.

  4. Eco-friendly construction is often eco-friendly sh!t. Just like high efficiency washers and low flow toilets.

  7. Remember Pitt being interviewed on a NOLA morning show several months after Katrina. He was asked if he was considering a run for mayor of NOLA. Said his atheism wouldn't fly - probably right about that. He irked me to no end because he was trying so hard to come across as Mr. Everyman but his arrogance would just not allow it.

  8. I was at school in NOLA during that time period and one of my professors was advising him. He was more than involved, he was incessantly calling with absolutely idiotic ideas- apparently at all hours. Our professor lamented about it in our class, basically saying that it was clear that this dude didn't live in the real world. He meant well, but coastal construction is no joke. He was in WAY over his head.

Coastal engineering and architecture is not a joke. The water table screws with the foundation, storms, salt in the air deteriorates, etc. etc.

If you're house isn't elevated on pilings in NOLA... you're going to get screwed.

Still... you have have some humility and have respect for what other people do. Just because you can portray "other people" on film doesn't make you an all-around expert on all things.

WTF was he calling a professor for? Those guys choose big edU to avoid reality themselves. Most run back to academia when they realize the real world doesn't jive with the textbooks.

Same vibe as Clooney. Yuch to both. Pitt and Clooney both give off the same immature, spoiled, "what shall we be today!" vibe. Yesterday they were feminists. Today they will build houses and brag about Italian villas. Tomorrow maybe they can be firemen .
Grow the fk up, both of you.
