Blind Item #5 - Reader Blind

This actor was in a lot of films and TV. Many would recognize his face but perhaps would not remember his name.  His most famous TV role was as the authority figure in a show about education which he won a prestigious award for.  His most famous film role was likely late in his career and involved the home country of his parents in real life.  It is a country also associated with an even more famous actor who played a police detective.  He had a reputation as someone who liked to expose himself to females on set especially female castmates. His co-star on the show he is known for whose last name is a holiday used to complain a lot about how he would unzip his fly and play with himself whenever he talked to her.
