ReplyDeleteMusk goes to trial over the Thia cave diver "pedo" thing in December after the judge refused the throw out the case. He is due to give a depo in the Heard case in November. His personal life got smarmy fast. I do wonder if the judge in the Heard case will allow the Virginia Press Association to join in the fun. I was a writer for 25+ years and don't believe I've ever seen this type of suit before where and ENTIRE state's press association got involved in a defamation case. Someone has dirt on someone.

It's a shame that the power and money of side players might overwhelm the process and/or influence the final judgement. I guess that is not a new thing, but, geez it is still frustrating when you can see it happening.
