Blind Item #8 - About That Near TV Show - A Dancing Boy Blind

Not from me, but...

We've known what the hit show's creators like to film young teens doing for two years now, not least because the one cast member expressed her discomfort with it. They weren't bold enough to include it in the script back then. Not so much today. You've seen the one episode, just like many of us. What you may not know is that it was going to go on all season long, but the one adult actor, much like his character, let his objections be known. Most of it was written out.

While we're on the subject, guess which cast member refuses to spend down time with her fellow young actors? It seems she's a very important actress, and the rest are just "kids."

(Think: Netflix.)

  2. I'm assuming Stranger Things with the Netflix reference, but that's not why I said noooo ;)

  3. @Brayson87 - I agree. Stranger Things, MBB.

  4. And that would make Harbour the one who let his objections be known?

  5. We spoke of DB last week--now here he is. Did we wake the beast?

  6. Bless you David Harbour. It would be great if he could be a positive influence on MBB.

  7. What was the one episode? I don’t remember offhand.

  8. I don't watch this show--what is the blind referring to in the show?? What one episode and what happened

  9. I think it refers to the kiss at the end of season 2 and the make out sessions in season 3.

  10. Too late for MBB. Already lost to the diarrrheic bowels of Hollywood.☹️

  11. Thank you for clarifying, Florin.

  12. Of course it'd be Netflx. This is CDAN. What else would it be?

MBB is a goner. I hope Sadie Sink keeps her head about her cause I really like her

  14. So Dancing Boy was grounded for what? a year? It wasn't enough that he talked about wet dreams and little boy erections?
Your bar has always been low Enty, but somehow you find a way to fight that fight and let degenerates win.
    Well played

  15. Yeah, Rosie, his blinds were disturbing, like a way to play out sick fantasies. I was sorry to see the return.

  16. They are 13/14 in the show and were kissing. This happens in real life too. At least it was kid on kid and not adult on kid. It was cute in the story line how DH handled his daughter growing up. I'm glad it didn't go on all season tho, so agree there.

And MBB has been groomed by her parents to act and look much older than she is so she can continue to land roles. I fear she will end up in the gutter like so many before her. :(

  17. what about billy the lifeguard and the cougar at the pool? that's kinda pedo-ish.

  18. The show is Stranger Things and the act-ress is Millie "Robert" Brown.

If she wants to spend her down time alone, that's her prerogative.

  19. Ms. Brown is going to have a very tough time coming of age. I foresee a major change in the forehead, nose, and jawline in the future once full skeletal development is achieved.

The President is right to ask Congress why they are not inquiring about Obama's post-presidency book and Netflix deals.

  20. It is Stranger Things. Sadie Sink expressed her discomfort with kissing her on screen boyfriend in the Season 2 finale.

In the first episode of Season 3 (the episode this blind is referring to), two of the teen characters have a lot of kissing scenes. David Harbor's character tried to get them to stop kissing. Therefore, a lot of the kissing scenes were cut since it was deemed inappropriate. Consensus is that he was correct, cause people were not into watching young kids make out so much.

The young actress referenced is also MBB.

  21. I agree with @squirrelmistress. If you think about it turned around, with middle aged men lusting after a teen lifeguard, there would be outrage, but b/c it's a guy, not a peep.

  22. It did not even occur to me to be upset with two appropriately-aged-for-each-other actors having kissing scenes.
What else has MBB done, not including miming her skincare routine on Insta? The kid who plays Mike seems like he's the "adult" one, taking on serious roles.

  23. I don’t watch it but Sabrina

Let's talk, you got an IG or somethin'?

Sorry. Not on the IG down low. Nor do I have any desire to do so.

Aw, man, I forgot what you said, but I remember it was based, it was on another blind

  27. @Sunspirit, You leave Sabrina alone, it's awesome! I wish Salem would talk though. 😅

Also it's only been on since last October and therefore doesn't fit the blind's "two years now" part.

  28. I'm guessing Winona is the actress who doesn't like to spend time with her fellow young actors. She probably thinks she's above them just because of her past movie roles.

  29. gross, I don't wanna watch young kids make out

  30. "13/14 is old for kissing"

Yep, in my high school, most in my class lost their virginities by the time they were 14. Some of them bragged about it, too. There was one school vacation where some class members had to goof off to hide the sounds of two classmates having sex in the hotel bathroom when a teacher walked in to use the facilities.

  31. I don't know, the kid that plays Will is her best friend in real life and they're always posting about each other. I don't think she won't hang out with the cast. Could it be Maya Hawke?

  32. Drake is counting the days

  33. I think the story between Billy (the lifeguard) and the middle age-women is not part of this blind. The character is in his 20's, he doesnt even go to school, so I dont think is a pedo story.
I hope this isnt about MBB. Shes too young and talented. WE HAVE TO SAVE HER.
    And Sadie rocks

  34. I think the actress is Winona. Sounds logic (I hope)
