@J, Don't be a hater, there's got to some way to formally recognize those who have climbed the modeling/yachting ladder to the top, rung by rung, where the rungs are usually c*cks.
I have always gotten a very odd duck vibe from Christie and even more so from the men she chooses, however I highly doubt she would break her arm to catapult her daughter's career. That is just crazy talk.
I know her daughter was overly dramatic in her comments about stepping up during the "tragedy," but I doubt if Brinkley deliberately broke her arm in several places.
longtimereader, absolutely. And the twoscore or so women who get called "supermodels" are not more beautiful than a million other breathtakingly beautiful women who don't.
@MountainMama: Christie is not odd, she is just dumb as a post. I’ve met her in work situations probably 4-5 times, and she is honestly the dumbest person I’ve ever met. She’s got that huge smile and then she opens her mouth.....
J, you’re such a hater! They can WALK! And wear CLOTHES! At the same time! Surely they should be among our most exalted life forms. Literally nobody else can handle such complexity.
Aquagirl, I guess that doesn't surprise me at all. She is just vapid instead of odd. Cool that you got up close and personal though! Love the personal factoids.
Someone on the DM comment section pointed out that although Christie and her kid are nowhere near the same size, the kid was immediately able to wear Christie's costume and have it fit perfectly.
Do these people think the public is really so dumb that we'll buy anything? What a laugh--these celebs really are dummys
I’ve never watched DWTS so don’t know the rules. If she was injured, wouldn’t they just delete her from the line-up? Is it normal to ‘replace’ someone?
Aquagirl, it happened at least twice before. I think if the injury occurs prior to the start of the season, they repkace. If it's after the season starts, they are just out. Jewel was replaced her season, and Master P danced for his son.
Christy Brinkley
ReplyDeleteOr Cindy G
Cindy Crawford
DeleteOf course - first thing I thought of when I saw the Christy Brinkley news!
ReplyDeleteCindy or Christine they both live through their kids
ReplyDeleteChristie brinkley...daughter is replacing her on DWTS after she got an "injury"
ReplyDeleteBrinkley's "injury" on DWTS
ReplyDeleteThe existence of "supermodels" is compelling evidence that we are truly a society of morons.
ReplyDeleteUnless they can fly or see through walls @J
Deletebroke her arm. that's a painful way to go
ReplyDeleteSneaky sneaky, not a bad move though. They really named the daughter Sailor, what's her middle name, Moon?
ReplyDeletehttps://people.com/tv/dwts-christie-brinkley-out-sailor-brinkley-cook-in/
I mean, who wouldn't break their arm for their own child.
ReplyDeleteAt least Sailor looks as good as her mom, unlike most of the other models' daughters out there.

ReplyDeletePretty hard to break your arm at will.
ReplyDeleteI have always gotten a very odd duck vibe from Christie and even more so from the men she chooses, however I highly doubt she would break her arm to catapult her daughter's career. That is just crazy talk.
ReplyDeleteJ - attractive young women get attention.
ReplyDelete@Simon, car door or fire door will do the trick.
ReplyDeleteAs alleged by Wendy Williams on her show this am. Think this “blind” was her idea.
ReplyDeletePlain Jane Sailor? lol
ReplyDeleteChristie is terminally narcissistic. And she really is starting to look like a blonde Joker.
I know her daughter was overly dramatic in her comments about stepping up during the "tragedy," but I doubt if Brinkley deliberately broke her arm in several places.

ReplyDeleteIt's stupid.
That fall was really staged looking. Maybe Christie has osteoporosis. Or maybe she never had surgery and never actually broke her arm.
ReplyDeleteI mean Christie is in her 60's age-wise so maybe she did legit break her arm.
ReplyDelete@DoTell you bet it did--and how do you fall and land on your left wrist/arm but break your right one?
ReplyDeleteVideo on the DM for anyone who wants to check it out
What is the daughters hourly rate? Has Terry Richardson eaten her asshole yet?
ReplyDeleteE- is there really the flop of side of injury??? Not just flip of film? That would be a MASSIVE bust!
ReplyDeleteIf faked, it's interesting/humorously ironic timing in light of the sentencing and trial of those other selfless moms.
@MountainMama: Christie is not odd, she is just dumb as a post. I’ve met her in work situations probably 4-5 times, and she is honestly the dumbest person I’ve ever met. She’s got that huge smile and then she opens her mouth.....
ReplyDelete@Vita the video is on the Daily Mail
ReplyDeleteCheck it out you'll see!

ReplyDeleteAquagirl- that's the most hilarious defense EVER!😍
ReplyDeleteThanks, E! I will!
Astra, lol!

You've got to be kidding, lol.
DeleteThey are not the same size. 😄
"Yes, the public is so dumb it will buy anything."

@E & J, It's the foundation of reality television. And retail, politics, religion, etc.

Thanks!
DeleteOh, God. I remember when Master P danced. Looked like fucking Frankenstein's monster.
DeleteIt was on DListed today. Brinkley and Sailor.
