I think this is Craig Conover from Southern Charm. He is so in the closet it is ridiculous. His ex Naomie (and only girlfriend ever) just pretends not to know that Craig is gay- probably to be kind, which is a big deal since she is kind of a bitch. Craig just doesn't want to be gay. There was a blind item (not revealed) a while back that implied that Naomie found him in bed with a guy.
