This A-/B+ list mostly movie actor who has been in this space before for being a serial cheating/not very nice actor that every actress is learning about is actually a defendant in a lawsuit where people were swindled out of $100M.
Theroux is involved in a lawsuit with his neighbor, but no way is it $100 million. So I don’t think it’s him. Also Enty usually describes him as actor/writer.
I know a prosecution lawyer who is actively working on the James Franco case here in NYC. When we discussed it, he didn't mention the swindling of any money but it would make for an interesting twist.
