Big payoffs are happening. It's supposed to look like they "accidentally" made these mistakes, which will ultimately help out the accused big time. What other explanation is even plausible for this seemingly deliberate ineptitude.
It sounds like the prosecution or police making mistakes, unless the witness are making mistakes all of a sudden. Not sure if this is Weinstein. What kind of party do you think he'll throw when he beats the charges or just gets a slap on the wrist?
Hold up, there's no qualifiers on this one like actor, director, producer. For all we know this could be Funimation and Vic Mignogna. Vic's lawyer accidentally filed notarized documents outside of the stated dates witch got the Tortious Interference suit thrown out. Despite this win, the KickVic team was ordered to mediation before the final ruling of the remaining case.

Harvey is a proverbial Lee Harvey Oswald. Enablers used Harvey to beat down and control talent. If Harvey wasn't pedo, by the time the kids became adults they were easier to control.
That's just two slices of bread. The meat of the sandwich is the very same girls who were abused are then turned out as women and unleashed upon the male talent and vice versa. Either they catch you when you are young or you enter as an adult and are ensnared.
Nothing will come of the Paltrow case. Fodder for the masses to make Paltrow appear completely innocent.
There is no such thing as a celebrity with a clean slate. Oprah, Meryl, Harvey... Who constantly lands movie roles? Who is always up for an award? Which actors/directors/producers are never spoken of negatively?
All the controllers are nerds. Nerds play nasty because they have absolutely no sexual market value whatsoever. Do not confuse being a nerd with being unattractive.

To your 1st point, spot on. In my opinion, Weinstein(entertainment world) & Epstein(Philanthropy & political worlds) were cannon fodder, a distraction. So the little people will feel better thinking the bad guys were outed, and about to get some form of justice. As the REAL bad guys laugh & laugh at how dumb the poors are. Tale as old as time
