As unhinged as the former C list actress was towards the death of her long time permanent A list actor/mogul husband, one of her reasons was the rest of the family, with outside help was trying to get the A lister's fortune to help them advance in that celebrity cult.

    The kids should not have had to fight to have access to their dad or have to fight to have him buried in a place where they could easily visit him. Jean is looking out for Jean.

    Jesse Kove was leaving truly nasty comments about Jean Kasem all over the internet under an alias... I actually managed to catch him with a screengrab of this filth as he forgot to sign out to his alias.

    Don't know if he's still dating Casey but he was at the time... he's one of scientology's celeb centre recruiters and thinks he's some kind of model/actor... a total douchebag!

    No proof of 'bedsores' but I believe the term for filing suit after suit to annoy and harass is called vexatious litigation.

    Jean had no peace while her husband of many years was dying, because of the constant vexatious litigation.

    Well then Jean should have allowed the kids to visit their dying father. Children having to go to court for access to a parent is not only not harassment, it is sad and unfortunate.

    They were trying to kidnap him, per the newspapers.

    They allegedly screamed in Jean's face, they allegedly interfered with his treatment plan, this wasn't one sided.

    There were groups of scios on sidewalks screaming and harassing people in the case. SOP
