Marsha Marsha Marsha!
ReplyDeleteNo wonder Jan had a complex!
ReplyDeleteI always hated her. I had her hair, but with a cowlick. I couldn't part it in the center no matter how hard I tried to train it. Side part for life.
ReplyDeleteAside from Christopher Knight, Maureen was the only one who was doing Brady-affiliated or Brady-tinged projects in "recent" years. The TWO of them should be getting higher salaries, just because.
ReplyDeleteIt's not the Brady Bunch without all of them, not just her. I always liked Peter when he was young.
ReplyDeleteAny ideas why she is getting paid that much more?
ReplyDeleteBecause she has a better agent?
ReplyDeleteGood possibility, Do Tell.
ReplyDeleteGood for her.
ReplyDeleteYou'd think these guys would've figured out by now, they should stick together.
She cut her deal and the producers agreed.
ReplyDeleteNo issue here
because she aged well despite the excessive partying. Chris looks pretty good too! saw him on a flight to Hawaii about 10 +years ago. the others not so much.
ReplyDeleteWas he going back to return the evil tiki idol?
DeleteThe best line in the history of Family Guy' said by Jody Sweetin jonesing for meth: I've got Maureen McCormick with me, she'll let you finish anywhere.
ReplyDeleteI don't think Maureen aged well at all.
ReplyDeletecompared to Cindy and Jan. yup. she is around 60 i think. plus guys were crazy about her.
DeleteWait, is that because of that clickbait photo where she "gives the cast and crew more than they bargained for?" You know the one.
ReplyDeleteI will not boycott this remake. Never have, never will.
ReplyDeleteIt will be bootlegged into bankruptcy because Karma is a bitch.
With love, ex-consumer.
Have you seen her neck? Maybe it is that Maureen could do with a few more pounds, but she looks elderly to me. Jan looks good for her age. But yes, Cindy is a neck.
ReplyDeleteI've said it before; and, I will say it again.
ReplyDeleteGood For Her!
She is the Star of the Reunion 'Shows.'
There is only one Marcia Brady, and she's worth it at twice the price.
ReplyDeleteJan looks like a middle aged Matron from Ohio. My mother in law wears the same pants she sports in promo's: high waisted, elastic, grandma jeans.
ReplyDeleteJan was always too good for the Brady reunions in the 70's and 80's and even the musical specials so they had to use a fake Jan. Now look who's come crawling back! LoL. I think we should shun her.
Very Brady Grandparents movie.
ReplyDeleteIf they weren't negotiating as a group, then it completely makes sense to be the last holdout. If she was able to get that much better of a deal, more power to her.
ReplyDeleteI say gather your coins, Marcia. If I lived my entire adult life stuck to something or "someone" from my teenage years....and it's 40 years later....I'd want that bitch to pay up, too. Marcia, Marcia, Marcia....show me the Money, Money, Money! Girlfriend isn't getting any younger -- time to collect your bones, sister!
ReplyDeleteMet her briefly at a charity event. She was super late (flight problems, cough cough), swanned in to do her stage bit at the last minute causing all sorts of stress for the organizers, kept huddled in a small group at the reception afterward, and left at her first opportunity without interacting with many people at all. I think it's always about Marsha Marsha Marsha.
ReplyDeleteEve Plumb seems just the opposite. She's friendly and approachable and well known for helping when she can. And she's a talented visual artist as well.
I liked Jan better too Countervail. She just seemed more interesting.
ReplyDeleteI think it's mainly guys who like Marcia for other reasons.
She was in some kind of rollerskating movie they'd probably like. I haven't seen it, but I sort of remember the publicity stills.
SlimKeith - she was probably trying to avoid typecasting and hoping for a serious career.
ReplyDeleteBack then typecasting was really bad. Andy Griffith was brilliant in "A Face in the Crowd," but couldn't get back into movies until he was nearly dead, after being typecast as a TV sheriff.
They were locked in by genre too. Back then daytime soap actors couldn't break into nighttime TV or nighttime TV actors break into movies. Not very easily at all.
Today it makes no difference.
