Well, it is a cult and he is like #2 in the church. They are letting him leave! If he left it would be disastrous for them and they know it.
ReplyDeleteThat and if he goes outside the church for relationships/ friends a la Nicole and Katie it does not seem to work out for him professionally. He was down for a few years after the Nicole/Katie/ depressant drug thing.
I wish he would get back to making movies like The Firm or Eyes Wide Shut instead of sequels and but maybe he is doing these to restore his public likability. I noticed Travolta showed up at the VMAs and confused a drag queen for Taylor Swift HAHA.
But, at the end of the day...it is widely known what a cult Scientology is so at this point people should have wisen up. Feel bad for the lowly people who got in it though.
People born into the cult have my sympathy but to those who were recruited....na.
