This A list HGTV star (D list if you don't watch the network) wants a solo show with his new girlfriend just like his ex got. The new girlfriend really would like to expand her own reach and pocketbook and has really been pushing the A list star to do something about it.
Tarek Al Moussad
ReplyDeleteTarek *Al Moussa
DeleteHeather Rae Young is the new GF
DeleteChip Gaines?
ReplyDeleteWhoever the fuck these people are.
ReplyDeleteI went to high school with Christina. Dumb as a bag of rocks
ReplyDeletetheyll have to fight howard stern and his horsefaced wife beth. you guys know beth, the "model" that has no portfolio.
ReplyDeleteWhat's a Tarek el Moussa?
ReplyDeleteHe's actually quite hot.
DeleteTarek el Moussa of Flip or Flop. Just heard he has a new girlfriend and she's also involved in house flipping (or something like that)
ReplyDeleteHis ex Christina has a new show - Christina on the Coast.
He's not interesting enough for his own show.
ReplyDeleteNeither of them are. Christina's teeth glow int he dark from the bleach treatment. And Tarek is a douche canoe. There are dead dragonflies with more personality.
ReplyDeleteDouche canoe! Lol that's funny and a new one for me!
DeleteI do like Flip or Flop but I thought that Christina on the Coast was not very good. I would like to see Tarek get his own show, just not with his new girlfriend who appears to be awfully thirsty.
ReplyDeleteI saw the two of them on tv last week. The new chick looks just like the old chick. Dumb as can be. He said, "she is the love of my life!"-then admitted they had been dating only 2 weeks. Every one of these characters is thirsty as hell.
ReplyDeleteI'm on Team Tarek is hot AF. I don't see why there has to be the girlfriend element though.
ReplyDeletelol @ NO, dead horseflies have more personality... And shinier too!
ReplyDeleteThis is hardly a blind. Obviously it's Tarek El Moussa, and Heather Rae Young is his new girlfriend. His ex-wife, Christina Anstead, nee El Moussa, has a new show called Christina on the Coast, which was just picked up for a 2nd season. Sorry new girlfriend, people love Christina's style, her new husband is super hot, and that's why she got a show. I would totally watch Tarek on his own show, but I don't care about the girlfriend.
ReplyDeleteHey!
ReplyDeleteEveryone!
Can I have everyone's attention!
As a long time Real Estate Broker, please take my advice!
Never, ever buy a house that's being "Fixed Up" and "Flipped!"
If you do, you will regret it.
"That's all, folks!"
Thank you very much!
Why?
ReplyDelete@Rabbit: Too many shortcuts to save time & $.
ReplyDeleteAnd never a house that the owner brags about fixing up himself when he is not a builder. Spent a lot of money fixing amateur mistakes.
ReplyDelete@DavidHowes what about a new modular home, are those any good?
ReplyDeleteI liked Tarek. I liked Christina too but the storyline got so tired - the storyline basically was that Tarek was clueless, Christina had a brilliant idea to use laminate and tile in some variation of white, black or grey. Rinse, repeat.
ReplyDeleteTarek got cancer, and Christina left him.
No clue who any of these people are and why we're getting blinds on them.
ReplyDelete13 Blind quote and 5 reveals a day quota that's why we have these 'blinds" haha.. Also, ENTY definitely does some PR/ bashing based on his his friend's opinions/ people who are friendly to him in the biz.
ReplyDeleteDavid - why?

I do think a lot of them cut corners, though and lie bout it.
Wouldn't some of those dumps they remodel be out of line with the property values of the homes in the same neighborhoods? You never want to own the nicest house in a bad neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteI love Flip or Flop. $1M for a 2 bedroom/1 bath house makes me thankful to live in a place where I can own a 4 bedroom house for 1/3 of that price.
Flippers seem to pick up and coming neighborhoods, and only put in what they have to, to flip it. I don't think they overdo it like those 'win a reno' reality shows.
ReplyDeleteThey 'run comps' to make sure they can get profit without over pricing it.
Thorne - yeah, prices are ridiculous and those neighborhoods look sketchy a lot of times, on that show. But it seems like the houses often sell. (Who can afford that?!)
I've heard gossip in the past that people weren't happy after moving in.
