eg: Spaghetti & Meat Sauce is simply a derivative of bread with a ground beef.
A hot dog is equivalent - Bun with Meat.
So, bread with meat is a sandwich.

so technically, a hot dog bun is only 1 piece of bread, but if it breaks, like they do sometimes, than it would be 2 pieces of bread and would be considered a sandwich
so it all depends on if your bun breaks or not lmao
