Wait until the fans find out about the biggest foreign born group in the world right now and their involvement in the drugs and hookers scandal and how the group is not only involved, but also profiting from it.

BTS

  1. BTS?

    Sounds like a bowel complaint.

  2. Why would fans be mad about drugs and hookers? Why become rich and famous if you can use drugs and hookers?

  3. BTS fans are unusual when it comes to pop band fans.

They seem to see the members more as soft cuddly toys than grown, sexual men, even though all the members are in their 20s.

Example: when one of the most popular members of the band (JungKook) said he used Downey fabric softener, it immediately sold out all over Korea.

You didn't get that kind of reaction with, say, Led Zepplin.

    1. The Asians have evolved past the rest of us. They have a group think/hive mentality the rest of the world wont be able to experience until Musk completes his neural link so big brother can tax and jail us for thoughts.

  4. @Nutty was it lavender scented fabric softener? Guess not, they had me fooled.
Just think, if the Beatles were still around, they would be turning out their groupies, and starting rub-and-tug parlours in cities with NFL clubs.

  5. K-pop and J-pop are just insane.

I remember reading that the lead singer of Babymetal was chosen because she was about to be pushed out of her pop band for being too old, despite being 14 years old.

For some reason, image is everything in mainstream Japanese and South Korean music, so every member has to be squeaky clean and if the band is young, members get replaced as they age to continue appealing to children the same age. Quite a few adult members of these bands have had to quit the bands and hide in shame forever after being publicly outed as having healthy sex lives, because it went against the public image of the band being innocent and appealing to women.

  6. Image is everything in South Korea, period.

  11. Not BTS....those guys are flat out adorable. OTOH, they are more than old enough to have sex lives. And it's okay, just be monogamous.

My daughter loves them. They are also non-threatening to kids that aren't ready for sex lives yet. And that's ok. Too much is sexualized these days and I am more than happy to have my daughter liking KPop than pretty much ANY pop or rock act today.

  12. yeah you're way off if you're talking BTS. Big Bang, on the other hand, is clearly implicated in the various drug, prostitute and money laundering scandals between Seungri and TOP. but mostly Seungri.

  13. lmao 14 years old might as well be a grandma eh. what's with all these deleted comments?

  14. They are all closeted and micro-managed to within an inch of their lives. Seriously doubt they had much influence upon their career or the nefarious people who control them.Probably has their ass sold to plenty of highest bidders. Still,I'm a big Babymetal fan, they rock.

  15. They're definitely not adorable. They look like children.
But weren't they all supposed to be gay according to Enty anyway?

  16. Wrong Kpop group. I think you're referring to the kpop groups from YG Entertainment. That's where the scandal is happening. BTS has nothing to do with that

  17. slimy little BTS with their crazy fans can rape the world sick fucks.

  18. This is stale tea and it's BIGBANG, not bts.

  19. Looong time lurker, sometime commenter. Also yet another Unknown...

Not BTS - this is the Burning Sun nightclub prostitution & drug racket/molka scandal, which featured predominantly YG Entertainment CEOs and kpop artists (predominantly Big Bang member and nightclub owner Seungri - Big Bang being the BTS of the Korean Second Wave...BTS is considered moreso a Third Wave kpop band), and kpop artists from some of the lesser known entertainment companies.

BTS is with Big Hit Entertainment, and no one from Big Hit was implicated. However BTS probably partied at Burning Sun as most entertainment companies are based in Gangnam, and most Kpop artists go out in Gangnam as they're not harrassed. BTS basically live in a compound in Hannam and are tightly controlled by Big Hit (to the point managers have previously been accused of hitting band members by BTS Army fans).

However, Blackpink - BTS's female equivalent on a global scale - is a YG Entertainment group, which is probably more a more disturbing implication given kpop's buried history of pimping out idols and the fact that two YG CEOs were involved in the scandal and later stood down. Think Blackpink are thankfully unscathed however.

  20. +1 What Kpoppa said.

Personally, I like EXO. Although, doesn't really matter, they're all interchangeable anyway. Churned out of the Kpop factory. These people go into that industry knowing full-well that they'll be whored out in more ways than one. Managed to the point of asking for a bathroom break, will have zero life out of the one they're in, and some commit suicide (more so the tv/movie stars, they're treated like meat too). Women especially have it bad. Being gay still isn't acceptable so they have to be on the down low, plus their mostly tween/teen fan base. Knowing all of this, probably not making the amount of money (say their counterparts in other countries) they should, and being jerked over by corrupt people, they still do it.

Drugs and strippers, rofl...rock n roll man!

  21. You need to write a research on this topic. This post https://homeworkhelper.net/blog/research-essay-introduction would help you to start!

  22. Yeah, at this point you're really trying to slander Bts because they're hot right now. BigBang was involved in the scandal. Not BTS, every Kpop band isnt BTS and the implication that its only them is extremely racist.
