I think those stats are just court ordered child support, too. % probably bumps up when you add in broads who abandoned their kids and the dad didnt bother to file for support, happy she is out of their lives. I know of situations like that. Also know of one where the chick's parents pay the child support, so she wont get locked up as a deadbeat.

ReplyDelete@Unknown, actually you do need to have some custody to get child support. The whole point of child support is to help pay for the child’s care. Real lawyer here.
