This former A list mostly television actor provided a place for LAPD officers to take mistresses and arrestees for sex where no one would catch them. He is still providing the space despite the things that have come to light about officers using his space to sexually assault minors. He thinks it is a place for officers and detectives to get "stress relief" away from prying eyes. I guess he used to be A list n movies too and is a huge supporter of law enforcement.

Strangely, Rob Lowe is currenly starring in a TV cop show in the U.K and in the show he is supposed to be an L.A.P.D officer hired to help out.
