Blind Item #3
The A- list reality star with a lucrative side gig through her team tried to make a deal with the biggest makeup artist/reviewer to give an endorsement of the reality star's product. Despite the offer being a ton of money, the makeup artist said no because the line was such a ripoff.
Kylie
ReplyDeleteThere's no way I just read about someone having morals. I need to make sure I'm not sleeping.
ReplyDeleteCommenting so I can learn the reviwer's name. I think I know who it is but I am not sure. Is it Jackie Anina? Or Brentman Rock?
ReplyDeleteWould it be Jeffree?
ReplyDeleteThink it’s James Charles for the reviewer.
ReplyDeleteBack to moderation ugh
ReplyDeleteWho's the biggest makeup artist/reviewer? Jeffree Star? It's already on the gossip sites......
ReplyDeleteHrush Achemyan
ReplyDeleteMaybe Tati for the influencer.
ReplyDeleteGaga is a makeup artist, the others aren't
ReplyDeleteProbably Jeffrey as he's not in desperate need of money.
ReplyDeleteRamona!
ReplyDeleteIt's probably not so much about morals, as it is about the makeup artist's brand. You don't build up your rating, just to crash it on some instathot
ReplyDeleteTati, not Gaga! And I don't see it for hours.
ReplyDeleteKylie and her way over priced made in China lip kits.
ReplyDeleteAll makeup is about the same (not skin care; make up.) Go to the dollar store.
Jefree and how he came out saying kylie skin sucks
ReplyDelete@Samantha...one two things that stand out when cheap: shoes and makeup
ReplyDeleteI wish Jeffree would write some blinds here. He seems to be keeping a few juicy secrets.
ReplyDeleteIts probably Kylie with her garbage skin care line, that B is annoying.
ReplyDeleteI disagree Samantha, all make up is certainly not the same. I use bare minerals, because it doesn't have all the heavy metals and harsh chemicals that can really damage your skin.
Is this about KylieSkin? She's just trying to pitch the spa image with the footage of the private plane and vacation rollout, with the robes, towels, cocktails, etc...Mary Kay must be ticked at all of that pink.
ReplyDeleteWho is actually influenced by these fools? They’re amusing to laugh at on a site like 🥝 farms but otherwise, whooooooo cares?
ReplyDeleteKylie and Tati Westbrook
ReplyDeleteThere's a story about it in Jared Kneepads.
ReplyDeleteGood on the MUA - endorsing a crap product is one way to kiss your career goodbye
ReplyDeleteSkincare is nothing new. It’s product packaging and celebrity endorsements that sell skincare now, as they have done ALWWAYS. Gee, rose water is new? Annnd refreshing? Go back to school. It’s time tested, you didn’t invent it.
ReplyDeleteMy mom is 68 and has no wrinkles.
ReplyDeleteShe smoked, and laid in the sun in her early 20s.
Here's her formula:
Use an exfoliator once a week. St. Ives is good enough, and it's cheap.
Use witch hazel, $1.49 at Target, to remove makeup, after your face gets wet in the shower, etc.
When you get ready in the morning, no fancy cleansers necessary. Witch hazel on a little round cotton pad.
Use a moisturizer that has no parabens, no mineral oil.
You can get a nice one at Trader Joe's, and other places.
She has no wrinkles, and her chest has no wrinkles.
Tresa, I obviously disagree, about makeup. Doen't have to look cheap. ALso? A lot of this stuff is all made by the same manufacturers. Do we really think a $99 lip gloss is substantially different than any other? But each to their own.
ReplyDeleteNot sure how you can tell mascara apart, or one brown eyeshadow from another.
I didn't mention shoes. But with those the main thing will be the fit, and the comfort. Do you only wear Louboutin and Blahnik?
@Rabbit: A tip for your mother—never, ever wash your face in the shower or even let it get wet. The temperature of an average shower is way too hot and can damage your facial skin. Much better to wash your face in the bathroom sink with lukewarm water.
ReplyDeleteDM has an article stating Jefree star said Kylie skincare line is joke.
ReplyDeletewho. gives. a. fuck.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't consider Kylie to be A- tho
