Blind Item #8
Still waiting for a certain someone/second in charge/ who worked on the canceled show with the now disgraced writer/producer/showrunner/offspring and knew everything that was going on in the show is going to speak up or try and slither away into a new job.
Max Landis and?
ReplyDeleteAgreed, Tricia, someone from the show connected to max
ReplyDeleteJosh Trank maybe?
DeleteI dont know...was the show Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency?
ReplyDeleteSo maybe the star of Dirk Gently -- Elijah Wood? I really like him, loved him in Wilfred on FX. I hope he's not a creep like the rest of them.
ReplyDeleteLast time Elijah tried to speak up, the media pounced on him.
ReplyDeleteWould the 2nd in command be his co-producer?
Last time Elijah spoke up it wasn't the media who showed up at his door and pounced. It was far worse
ReplyDelete@ Christina a second in charge to a show runner producer etc doesn't sound like an actor, does it? Sounds like a writer/producer/director in his or her own right.
ReplyDeleteI definitely think Enty is implying this to be Elijah Wood, second in command not being a literal second in command, but sexond most powerful in set being the star.
ReplyDeleteThat said, it is possibly we qre barking up the qrong show. Landis exec produced the first season of the now cancelled SyFy anthology Candle Cove. Something could have happened on the set of that. Second in command could be first season director Craig William McNeill (or fellow exec Nick Antosca or supervising producer Don Mancini)
Does anyone know if TB Daily News is a reliable source? I've never heard of them before but they're saying that Max Landis is staying at a McLean Hospital's Lincoln residential program for the mentally ill in Massachusetts and he's making female staffers uncomfortable, especially since he reportedly brought Viagra with him for some reason. Here's a link to the official program page. It sounds like a nice spa vacation for him.
ReplyDeleteAnd here's a link to Max being stoned out of his mind, because being a cokehead isn't a mental illness.
Does this mean Bright 2 is off?
